Is the Michael Method suitable for all students?
Yes. Michael is open to each and every student, regardless of their achievements or any other piece of data from their past. The only factor that can predict a student's likelihood to succeed in the program, is his or her willingness to participate in the program after attending the presentation describing the program at their school.
Who are the Michael Method’s mentors?
Michael instructors are outstanding academicians and students, who undergo rigorous screening and training processes. We see them as the “cream of the crop” of Israeli educators. Michael instructors are not necessarily teachers, by profession, but they all share a desire to contribute to the development of Israel’s human capital and to the country’s idealistic education activities.
Can the Michael Method be studied at any school?

Does Michael offer courses for adults?
Yes. The course is suitable for all audiences, from school-age students to various adult populations. Michael offers adult learning courses for the business sector, for private and public companies and for senior managers. Michael also conducts courses within the framework of the Rehabilitation Division of Israel’s National Insurance Institute.
I would like to register for a course through the National Insurance Institute. How can I do so?
Any individual being treated through the National Insurance Institute's (NII) Rehabilitation Division, is invited to contact their local NII branch to verify if they are eligible to participate in the Michael course.
Has the Michael Method Program been examined by academic researchers?
The Michael Method was studied by experts from academia and from other fields. The most significant research to date, was conducted under the academic auspices of Prof. Chaim Adler, formerly of the Hebrew University's School of Education, who wrote in his introduction to the research: "I do not know any other program in Israel or around the world, which seeks to give students a sense of being able to succeed – all at once - in so many areas... The program succeeds in improving its students’ achievements... and succeeds in living up to its promises." The study showed that the percentage of program graduates entitled to matriculation certificates was twice that of students from the same schools who did not participate in the program.
Can I purchase Michael Method books in bookstores?
No. Michael Method textbooks are provided to each student within the framework of Michael Method courses. In addition, it is important to note that the textbooks complement the course learning experience and are not stand-alone textbooks.
Is the general public course recognized for extended study credits
No. Notwithstanding, The Michael Course is recognized by the Ministry of Education's Committee for Consent to Hold Courses for Continuing Education Credits. Therefore, in cases where the institution requesting the course is recognized by the Committee, continuing education credits are awarded.
Is there a follow-on course for graduates of Michael school or adult learning courses?
Michael Method courses end with the final study session, and there are no follow-up frameworks. Regarding candidates for the Michael Method Instructor Course, we do give preference to graduates of Michael Method courses from the various frameworks.
I would like to leave the course. What should I do? Can I receive a refund?
The participation agreement that you signed when registering for the course includes our tuition refund policy. Participation agreements can be viewed and downloaded here.
In which languages are courses offered?
Apart from Hebrew, courses can be held in Arabic, English and Russian.
Is the course suitable for children / adults with learning disabilities?
Yes. The basic premise of the Michael Method is that all course students have the same personal potential, and therefore all Michael Method students learn under the same conditions, have the same requirements and enjoy the same privileges.In our experience, students with learning disabilities experience the course no different than any other students.
Do you offer tuition discounts?
We try to honor requests from economically disadvantaged families for tuition discounts or to spread out tuition payments. You may discuss these options with the Michael Method instructor who presented the Michael program at your child’s school and they will provide you with information regarding scholarships.Are tuition discounts available for siblings of program graduates or of students currently participating in a Michael course?Yes. Second and third siblings are entitled to a 10% discount on tuition. Such discounts should be coordinated with a Michael Method customer support agent at +972 (74) 711-4444.
